Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Tours 2016 – Tulips are Early!

See It From The Air and See It All!

Skagit Scenic Air Tour TulipsThe Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is one of the destination events for the Pacific Northwest USUALLY held from April 1-30. However, the warm winter has moved up the date!  The Tulip Bloom map and Tulip Town are showing blooms now!  Every spring hundreds of thousands of people come to enjoy the celebration of spring as millions of tulips burst into bloom. Why not skip the crowds this year and see the tulips from the air with the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival flight tours!

Because the festival is designed as a driving tour for the visitor as there is no one “site” that you go to for your visit, an aerial tour is a perfect way to see all the fields with none of the traffic.  The farmers of Skagit Valley raise tulips as an agricultural crop and the hundreds of acres of blooming flowers are scattered throughout the Skagit Valley.

As the festival continues on its journey – now for 32 years – the Skagit Valley welcomes people from across the United States and from around the world. The beauty of the flowers truly transcends differences, bringing cultures, ages and diverse lifestyles together to marvel at nature’s creation.
